**RATES:

15 min = $45 • 30 min = $65 • 45 min = $80 • 60 min = $95

75 min = $115 • 90 min = $135 • 120 min = $165

**LOCATION:  Carolina Partners is located in the CVS/Chiropractic Partners building at 1125 Kildaire Farm Road at the corner of Kildaire Farm Road and Kilmayne Drive. Enter the building through the Chiropractic Partners entrance and take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor - Suite 202.

**NEW Covid-19 ARRIVAL POLICY:  Upon arrival for your appointment, please WEAR A MASK. (One will be provided for a small fee if you do not have one.)  CALL or TEXT (919) 780-2190 to notify us of your arrival in the parking lot. You will be instructed to go to the 2nd floor seating area right outside the elevator. There will be a Covid-19 questionnaire and Release of Liability form to complete and your temperature will be taken. Your pracitioner will then take you into our suite where you will wash or sanitize your hands and proceed with treatment. Please keep your mask on until you are on the treatment table and instructed to remove it.

**CANCELLATION POLICY:  We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.  Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Same-day cancellations or No-Shows will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost.

**APPOINTMENT REMINDERS:  You will receive an automated text and/or email message 48 hours prior to your appointment requesting that you confirm your appointment. You will also receive another reminder of your appointment  24 hours prior. These automated messages will also contain appointment arrival instructions. (Note: do not reply to an automated text message, as we will not receive it. Please call, text, or email us directly to cancel an appointment in order to assure we get notification.) 

**AGE REQUIREMENTS:  Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

**PAYMENT:

Payment is due at time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Discover).
